Rick Horridge Associates established RHA Venue Management in 2007. The concept was designed specifically for houses who wish to operate in the events field but who do not possess the necessary knowledge or personnel to do so.

Equally, it was aimed at houses and other similar venues that may only wish to operate at a small level.

Hand in hand with the owner, RHA Venue Management identifies the objectives for the property and following completed feasibility reports, puts forward proposals to run the business on behalf of the owner in a joint venture capacity. Such a venture ensures the onus of running a commercial business is entirely removed from the owner.

With such a project, no consultancy fees are payable and RHA Venue Management only receive income from events which take place.
